Registration Fee
The registration fee can be paid online before November 13, 2024 or onsite during the conference hours. All the conference registration payments will be charged in the currency of New Taiwan dollar.

- * Registration fee for NSTC Project PI and other Affiliated Personal are equivalent to registration fee for Member.

Notice
- The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, poster sessions, exhibitions, and refreshments.
Conference Registration Includes
- Due to space limitations, seat availability is based on a first come first served policy. Participants who would like to attend this event are encouraged to complete registration with full payment as early as possible.
Banquet
Refund Policy
- Refund request should be made in writing (by email) no later than October 27, 2024.
- A processing fee for each refund will be charged.
- No refunds will be issued after October 27, 2024.
- OPTIC 2024 is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as weather and venue issues.
